Air passenger advocate ‘alarmed’ after BC Civil Resolution Tribunal puts passenger disputes on hold

The tribunal said to Consumer Matters for Air Passenger Protection Regulation related disputes not yet assigned to a tribunal member for adjudication those disputes are on hold.
