The Spaniard with the official Ducati ended the race ahead of his younger brother Alex with team Gresini and Franco Morbidelli on a Ducati VR46.
Pecco Bagnaia was fourth on the other official Ducati.
As in the season-opening Grand Prix in Thailand, Marc Marquez scored another perfect weekend after winning Saturday’s sprint race to stay top of the MotoGP riders’ championship standings.
