Passengers can now bypass traditional check-in counters and complete their check-in process entirely on their own at dedicated self-service kiosks. These advanced self-check-in luggage counters, located in Terminal B (counters 314-316), allow travelers to:
- Enter booking details or e-ticket information via touchscreen
- Select their seat preference
- Weigh and confirm their baggage size and weight
- Print both their boarding pass and luggage tag
- Attach the luggage tag and send their suitcase directly to the baggage sorting system
