Webstar Technology Group, a leader in real estate and family entertainment innovation, is excited to announce several key developments that will drive the company’s future growth. The company has partnered with Nelson Worldwide Architects, based in Alpharetta, Georgia, to design its groundbreaking $650 million Bear Village2 mixed-use family resort in Commerce, Georgia. Additionally, Webstar is negotiating a $1.2 billion project in a prime downtown Atlanta location, which is fully permitted and shovel-ready.

Nelson Worldwide is renowned for its expertise in architecture, mixed-use design, master planning, engineering, and sustainable design. The firm has successfully completed numerous local and regional projects, including:

  • The Battery Entertainment Complex (Atlanta Braves Stadium), Atlanta, GA
  • St. Regis Hotel, Buckhead, GA

Webstar has acquired the intellectual property rights to the Bear Village concept and is moving forward with Nelson Worldwide to design its flagship Bear Village Entertainment complex, with a projected construction budget of $650 million. This project aims to tap into the rapidly expanding family entertainment sector, expected to reach $60 billion over the next five years. With the addition of indoor and outdoor racing tracks, this industry is forecasted to grow to $250 billion by 2031.

Bear Village will offer an array of extreme adventure sports for thrill-seekers of all ages and will include:

Set to span approximately 120 acres, Bear Village will redefine family entertainment in the region. The resort will feature world-class water attractions, exciting kart racing circuits, immersive adventure experiences, and cutting-edge entertainment, positioning Commerce, Georgia, as a top-tier leisure destination.
