Today, we’re finally getting a glimpse at The Queen’s Gambit star’s return to the small screen, thanks to a teaser and first-look images for Lucky, a new limited series that sees the sought-after actress pair with Apple TV. Backed by Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine, the title is the latest adaptation to come from the Cruel Intentions star’s book club and will pull its story from the pages of Marissa Stapley’s New York Times bestselling novel of the same name. Created by Jonathan Tropper, the tense thriller is slated for its two-episode global debut on Wednesday, July 15, with new episodes dropping weekly through August 19.
