Sports & Events Europe 2025: The Premier Business Workshop for Sports Travel and MICE Professionals Heads to Málaga

The 4th edition of Sports & Events Europe will be held from March 25th to 27th in Málaga at the prestigious Palacio de Deportes José María Martín Carpena. This renowned venue, which hosted the 2024 Davis Cup finals, is also home to the Unicaja Málaga basketball team and a hub for major sporting events.
The sold-out edition welcomes 470 participants from 41 countries: 203 buyers such as tour operators, event organisers, incentive specialists and 198 supplier companies which include sports destinations, venues and facilities, technology and hospitality services.

The event blends a unique mix of 1-to-1 business meetings between buyers and suppliers with smart matching thanks to its technology platform with networking experiences such as immersive local activities to create meaningful relationships among the participants. Over 5,000 meetings have been pre-scheduled to date.
Networking activities are organised to cater to the different profiles of the participants from golf, padel, hiking, walking tour to historical part of Malaga and goalball, where participants get the chance to try this paralympic team sports for athletes with a vision impairment for the first time!

Sports tourism is one of the fastest-growing market in the travel industry. Recompiling sources from different researches, the market is projected to grow to an estimated USD 2,000 billion by 2030.
