For the unversed, Jacqueline Fernandez was linked with a conman named Sukesh Chandrasekhar as the duo was reportedly in a relationship. The case filed against the actress was due to the luxury gifts sent by the accused, Sukesh. As per multiple reports, the lavish gifts received by Jacqueline were part of a Rs. 200 crore money laundering case. On April 24, 2025, the Delhi High Court reserved the order on Jacqueline’s plea challenging the Enforcement Directorate’s charges under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
