According to a report by Pinkvilla, the producers of Hera Pheri 3, Cape of Good Films, have sued Paresh Rawal for the huge loss of money invested in the film, worth Rs. 25 crore.

As per a report by Bollywood Hungama, Paresh stepped down from the project, Hera Pheri 3. A source close to Bollywood Hungama, shared that Paresh allegedly had some creative differences with the makers of the film and thus decided to step down for the significant project. Later, the news portal contacted the actor to confirm the news. Paresh agreed to the news of his exit from the cult comedy sequel. He was quoted as saying:
