Bollywood’s power couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s palatial posh new bungalow’s work reportedly has been completed since October 2024. However, now it seems like the finishing touches of the bungalow got done recently in 2025. As compared to 2024, Alia and Ranbir’s home now looks more aesthetic, with panache greenery reflecting on every floor. Ranbir and Alia’s dream house actually originally was of Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, Ranbir’s grandparents.

Ranbir and Alia’s new home is almost ready and reportedly stands at a staggering cost of Rs. 250 crore. The balcony of each floor has been neatly done with green potted plants, while the gate of the home remains the same. The home now looks more chic than it was back in 2024 and looks more complete. Ranbir and Alia are very protective related to their safety and especially when it comes to Raha’s safety, so arrangements in the home may have been made accordingly.
