Mattarella pardons 4 people

(ANSA) – ROME, SEP 24 – President Sergio Mattarella on Wednesday pardoned four people.
The four individuals affected by the clemency measure are: 1)Gabriele Finotello, sentenced to nine years and four months in prison for the voluntary manslaughter of his father, committed in February 2021. The context and the victim’s repeated acts of violence and threats against his family members were taken into consideration.
2) Massimo Zen, born in 1971, was sentenced to nine years and six months for voluntary manslaughter. He shot and killed a thief who was fleeing in a car with two accomplices after a robbery.
3) Patrizia Attinà, born in 1972, was sentenced to a total of two years, eight months, and twenty days in prison for the crimes of theft and extortion.
4) Strimbu Ancuta, born in 1986, was sentenced to nine years, seven months, and seventeen days in prison for the crimes of extortion and violation of drug laws. (ANSA).
