Satish Shah breathed his last on October 25, 2025, at the age of 74. According to reports, he succumbed to death due to kidney-related ailments. While he is survived by his wife, Madhu, his on-screen family of Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai is left in deep pain, which was visible during his funeral.

Sumeet Raghav, Jackie Shroff, Dilip Joshi and Ali Asgar were also present there to bid the veteran actor last goodbye.
