Hamantaschen are filled butter cookies
eaten during the Jewish holiday of Purim. Triangular-shaped, they
symbolize the three-cornered hat of Haman, the villain in the Purim
story, and are typically filled with jam or preserves, chocolate, or
nuts.
This year, Purim (a moveable feast
based on the lunar cycle) occurred on March 2nd and 3rd,
and Robin and I hosted
