The SFT Surf Foil World Tour arrived in China for the very first time, delivering the second E-Foil World Cup of the year in Shenzhen. The event welcomed 47 riders from across the globe and set a new benchmark for the sport with $30,000 in prize money marking the largest purse in SFT E-Foil World Cup history. Competitors raced across three categories: Pro Men, Pro Women and Challenger. Following time trails as qualification rounds, the fastest 12 riders advanced to the Pro category with the remaining field competing in the Challenger division.
In the Pro Men’s division, Manel Arpa Zuriguel from Spain delivered a standout performance to secure victory against a highly competitive international field. In the Pro Women’s category, Agnes Wicander of Sweden claimed the top spot, continuing her strong form on the world stage.
