Northern Irish manufacturer Irwin’s Bakery ends family ownership

A takeover by local businessman Sam Rusk has ended 114 years of family ownership at Portadown-based Irwin’s Bakery. CEO Michael Murphy, who remains in place, tells British Baker what it means for the future
