(ANSA) – ROMA, 12 SET – Italy’s ambassador to Serbia, Luca Gori, opened the Italian Street food Festival in Belgrade. The charity event, organized by Confindustria Serbia in cooperation with the National Association of Children with Cancer (Nurdor), brought together businesses and citizens to raise funds for the care and rehabilitation of children with oncological diseases.
Speakers at the opening ceremony of the initiative included the vice president of Confindustria Serbia, Erik Kossuta, and the president of Nurdor, Joland Korora, among others. Both stressed the importance of synergy between the business world and the nonprofit sector in promoting social impact initiatives. The festival offered participants a wide assortment of Italian culinary specialties, with moments of entertainment, creative workshops for children and artistic performances. All funds raised will be donated to the Nurdor Association.
