Last August, composer Bobby Krlic recorded his score for The Wrecking Crew at the MGM Scoring Stage at Sony Pictures Studios. Directed by Ángel Manuel Soto and starring Jason Momoa and Dave Bautista, the score for this action-comedy was recorded with a 65-piece string and brass ensemble of the Hollywood Studio Symphony. We’re delighted to be able to share exclusive photos from the scoring sessions with our readers!

Recording took place across multiple dates in August 2025, with the score captured in separate section sessions, allowing the production to focus on the distinctive color and detail of each orchestral layer. Strings and brass were recorded independently, while Krlic’s writing also incorporated substantial electronic and band-driven elements, creating a hybrid sound that complements the film’s fast-moving action and comedic edge.
