Punjabi superstar, Diljit Dosanjh, who is on a spree to win over the West, has added another significant milestone in his career. After making the world dance to his music at Coachella and appearing at significant talk shows, Diljit has stepped on the red carpet of Met Gala 2025, and India couldn’t be more proud of him. Diljit Dosanjh exudes royalty in a custom Prabal Gurung ensemble
Diljit Dosanjh made his high-awaited Met Gala debut in a regal look by Nepalese-American designer, Prabal Gurung. Paying tribute to Patiala’s Maharaja Bhupinder Singh, Diljit wore a majestic ivory sherwani-inspired suit. He matched it with a cape featuring an intricate golden embroidery of Punjab’s map and a all the Punjabi alphabets over it. Rounding off things with a turban or pag, the icon of Punjab looked like a Sikh maharaja.
