Interestingly, he was recently taken to the Mahabodhi Cultural Center in Bodh Gaya by the police with handcuffs on. Upon reaching the venue, Vipin took part in the distribution ceremony of the appointment letter. During the ceremony, Vipin received the appointment letter with handcuffs that shocked everyone.
