(ANSA) – ROME, FEB 28 – Around 8.2 million Italians have had, or will have, skiing trips in the first quarter of 2025, according to a report presented on Friday by the Tecnè institute for hoteliers’ association Federalberghi.
The study estimated that skiing tourism will generate revenue of 5.8 billion euros in this period.
It added that only 3.9% of Italian snow enthusiasts have opted for a skiing trip abroad. (ANSA).
