In Shenzhen, China, the decisive point came in the doubles, where Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini defeated Marta Kostyuk and Lyudmyla Kichenok in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3.
Previously, Elisabetta Cocciaretto lost the opening match to Kostyuk, while Jasmine Paolini defeated Elena Svitolina.
