Finally, a solution for loose rings other than paying a jeweler to fix them!  These are clear plastic adjusters in six sizes that will stop your rings from slipping, turning, or falling off.  They only take seconds to put on and it’s very easy.  These will not work for wide band rings.  The largest size would wrap around a ring band that is ¼” wide.   I put one on a ring and it works beautifully. $5.95.

I can understand urging a child to consider a college that has unusual or outstanding architecture.  This article lists 11 university campuses that have “architectural masterpieces”. They are amazing.

This article from Super Age focuses on our guts and the foods that we should be eating to make our guts happy and healthy, which in turn will make us happy, healthy, and with any luck, live longer.

We should eat:

Fermented Dairy – Yogurt, Kefir with live cultures

Chickpeas – Good fiber

Soybeans – Edamame, tofu, and tempeh

Whole Grains – Oats, quinoa, barley, brown rice

Cranberries – Support beneficial bacteria and suppresses harmful strains

Avocados – Good fiber, healthy fats

Broccoli – Improves gut barrier function

Coffee (especially black) – Rich in polyphenols and prebiotics

Green Tea – Supports gut health and modulates inflammation

Fiber – Higher fiber intake diets promote microbial richness and short-chain fatty acid    production
