(ANSA) – ROME, MAR 25 – Approximately 200 disbarred doctors are continuing to practice while they await a final judgement on their cases to be made by the Central Commission for Healthcare Professions (Ceeps), ANSA learned on Tuesday from the Italian National Federation of Medical Doctors, Surgeons and Dentists (Fnomceo). Overall, Ceeps is examining an estimated 900 cases, according to the same source.
The cases concern all medical professions and disciplinary sanctions including suspensions, disbarments and warnings, it said. (ANSA).
