At six in the morning, Paris holds its breath. Across the sleeping city, strangers move through the same suspended hour: alone, restless, awake when they should be asleep. They never meet, never speak. Instead they dance: not as performance but as confession.

As the hour unfolds, their separate movements begin to rhyme, until they come together as one.

6:00 AM is a film about tension, release, and the beauty of dance.
