In late 2024, AHS initiated the deployment of Oracle’s OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS) and Simphony Cloud Point of Sale (POS) solutions in 23 properties, encompassing 3,600 rooms.
The group plans to extend these implementations to all its branded properties by early 2026.

Accessible via mobile devices, OPERA Cloud allows staff to make prompt, data-driven decisions from any location within the properties, enhancing guest services, managing housekeeping, overseeing reservations, and more.
Simphony Cloud POS provides AHS with deeper insights into guests’ dining preferences, facilitating personalized rewards and the delivery of tailored offers over time.
