We developed CANSCAN, a blood test that analyzes multidimensional features of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) using whole-genome sequencing (WGS) and artificial intelligence (AI) models. This multi-cancer early detection (MCED) test demonstrates high sensitivity for early-stage cancers and accurate tissue-of-origin prediction in large prospective validation and asymptomatic screening cohorts.
