Ancelotti: Gravina says victory for Italian school

(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 12 – Carlo Ancelotti’s appointment as Brazil coach is a victory for the Italian school, Italian Soccer Federation (FIGC) President Gabriele Gravina said Monday.
“I’m happy for Carlo Ancelotti, it’s an enormous satisfaction for him, but – allow me – for Italian football”, said Gravina, on the phone with ANSA sending a message of good wishes to one of the excellences of Italian football, Carlo Ancelotti, who was also once an employee of the FIGC.
“The choice of the Brazilians to rely on him – concludes Gravina – is the confirmation of the current supremacy of the school of Italian coaches”.
Bazil is the most successful footballing country in the world and Ancelotti is the most successful club coach of all time.
