Australian Open: Sinner into round of 16

(ANSA) – ROME, JAN 18 – Jannik Sinner beat American Marcos Giron 6-3, 6-4 6-2 to qualify for the last 16 of the Australian Open Saturday.
The world number one from South Tyrol, 23, took exactly two hours to beat Giron.
Sinner is bidding to retain the title in Australia. He is also reigning US Open champ. (ANSA).
