(ANSA) – ROMA, 19 SET – The Architects Foundation of Reggio Emilia, as part of the international activities of the ‘Rigenera Piano B’ Festival – supported by the Ministry of Culture, Directorate General for Contemporary Creativity – in collaboration with the Embassy of Italy in Beirut and the Italian Cultural Institute and the Arab Center for Architecture, is promoting a public meeting aimed at soliciting scholars, professionals and institutions to reflect on how to interweave contemporary architectural practices with the needs of local communities and with the enhancement of memory and urban identities.
The talk, on September 23 at 6 p.m., at Beirut’s Cinema Royal, will also provide an opportunity to present the Rigenera 2025 Prize, and its winners. The winning and finalist projects, selected by a jury of experts following a public call addressed to Italian architects, were awarded for their ability to combine architectural quality, sustainability and social impact.
