Custom Travel Solutions (CTS), a premier provider of private-label travel technology for membership organizations and loyalty programs, has announced the appointment of Brian Butts as its new Vice President of Sales. With a distinguished career spanning decades in global travel partnerships, revenue optimization, and white-label travel solutions, Butts is poised to accelerate CTS’s expansion and market leadership in 2025.

A Visionary Leader in Travel Tech

Butts joins CTS with a wealth of experience in travel technology and B2B sales. Prior to this role, he served as Consulting Partner and SVP of Strategy at Dorms.com, where he played an instrumental role in scaling the company’s market presence through strategic business development and advisory leadership.

His career also includes senior executive positions at Global Solutions Team, where he led cutting-edge travel technology initiatives, pioneering white-label and API-driven solutions in the car rental sector for airlines, hotels, and major online travel agencies (OTAs). Before that, Butts spent eight years at Booking.com, where he managed over $1.8 billion in Gross Travel Value (GTV) and spearheaded initiatives that generated more than 75% of affiliate revenue in North America.
