Watch out, Salem! Rachel and Thomas’ latest scheme is going to hurt more than one person.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 11-03-25 say that Rachel and Thomas throwing a pumpkin will result in more than one serious accident.
There’s never a dull moment in Salem, but could this whole mess lead to Rachel finally remembering what she did to EJ?
Rachel and Thomas Will Knock Alex Unconscious
Rachel’s latest brilliant idea was to catapult a pumpkin toward Cat to interfere with Cat and Chad’s “dating.”
However, Chad will push Cat out of its path, causing Alex to be the one to end up unconscious on the floor.
Only in Salem could a pumpkin be used as a deadly weapon!
This attack will lead to SO many consequences, none of them good.
The most predictable problem is that Alex will assume that Jeremy attacked him when he regains consciousness.
Jeremy was the one who set up the catapult, but his only culpability is leaving it unattended. (And deciding a pumpkin catapult was a necessary and positive addition to the Horton Town Scare in the first place.)
Of course, it doesn’t help that someone who may or may not be Jeremy is wandering around the Square with the carving knife.
My money is on it being someone else, because Days of Our Lives has so far refused to show a face, only a white lab coat like Jeremy was wearing.
Anyway, I’m sure Rachel will be happy to help Alex blame Jeremy. She doesn’t like him because she feels he treats Thomas better in class than her.
Sometimes you have to laugh at how ridiculous a plotline is or you’ll cry.

Jeremy DID throw a pumpkin the day before when he was angry about Jada rejecting him, so maybe this is partially his karma.
However, it doesn’t look like anyone will get away with blaming him for long (though Alex won’t let it go, I’m sure), because Chad yells at Thomas, and another spoiler says that Brady grounds Rachel.
Thomas Ends Up In Serious Danger
Chad’s attempts to discipline Thomas could lead to the boy being hospitalized.
According to the Days of Our Lives spoiler video, Thomas accuses Chad of “only caring about Cat” when Chad attempts to confront him, then storms off… into the path of an oncoming car.
Jennifer and Chad both witness the accident, and if Rachel is nearby, she might hear or see something, too.
That’s when things could get interesting.
Rachel likely will be upset and insist she didn’t mean for any of this to happen. She might run away or say, “Oh no.”
In the past, those things triggered her memory of breaking the paperweight — not of shooting EJ — but since things like this keep happening, eventually she’ll have to remember her bigger misdeed.
Rachel has given off several signs that she might remember more than she’s admitting, like feeling responsible for Kristen being in jail or saying that she remembered EJ being mad at her.
Since everyone came up with the brilliant idea of not letting Brady in on what was going on with his daughter, it’ll be especially fascinating if Rachel begins to remember while alone with him.
He’s supposed to ground her, so she could have a panic attack that leads to a flashback while she’s in her room, and there’s no telling what will happen next.
Who else is a life-long Days of Our Lives fan? I’ve been watching since third grade.

As for Thomas, he’s probably going to be more shaken up than hurt. I hope, anyway.
Spoilers say that Thomas and Jennifer misunderstand Chad and Cat’s interaction, which could happen before the accident but is likely afterward, since this spoiler is planned for next Friday.
Meanwhile, Johnny and Chanel Finally Get The Baby… For Now
The couple gets a well-deserved and all-too-rare moment of happiness when they learn they were approved to adopt baby Tesoro after all.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say that they’re changing his name, but it won’t be too far off from Tesoro — It’ll be Trey, short for John III.
Someone really needs to educate the writers on what it means to be the third one with the same name. That suffix never made sense for Doug III either, and in this case, though the intention is to name the baby after John Black, Johnny is John Roman DIMERA, not Black, so he’s not actually John Jr.
The bigger question is how long these two will get to keep Tesoro/Trey.
Rule one of soaps is that nobody can stay happy for long, and with good reason — people with perfect, happy lives are too boring for daytime drama.
So while these two deserve a break from scandals and unnecessary problems, it’s likely that there will be complications before the adoption is finalized.
The problems won’t come from Leo and Javi. Although they’ll be sad to give up baby T, they’ve accepted the fact that he isn’t theirs (even though I still think they should have tried for adoption themselves, regardless of what Melinda — who was working for Sophia — had to say about it).
Sophia is in Bayview, and I’m not convinced her mother has any right to baby T just because she’s the grandmother.
Sophia gave up her parental rights and is currently incapacitated, but “I know my daughter wouldn’t want them to have the baby” isn’t a legal argument. Sorry, Amy.
However, Aaron tells Tate that he’s having second thoughts about signing away his rights.
I’m not sure what the law is in real situations like this, but in Salem, doubts of that nature are code for an upcoming custody battle.
Of course, it doesn’t have to be. Johnny and Chanel don’t want to isolate the baby from anyone — they just want to be his legal guardians.
Javi and Leo will be welcome to visit any time, so why not Aaron?
All he has to do is ask, but that’s too easy for a show like Days of Our Lives!
There’s Drama Ahead For Several Other Salemites
- I’m convinced that Alex is trying to provoke Jeremy into a physical fight so he can say he just proved that Jeremy hasn’t changed. With Alex believing Jeremy was behind the pumpkin incident, trouble’s sure to follow. Plus, we still don’t know what the deal is with that knife.
- For some reason, Roman will warn Paulina about something. I wonder what that’s all about.
- Abe will confront EJ when he decides he doesn’t like what Theo is doing at DiMera. This should be fun!
