(ANSA) – ROME, FEB 11 – The Italian economy ministry and Spanish investment fund Asterion have upped their offer for Tim’s Sparkle Tier-1 grid unit, at the same price but without a set of ‘suspensive’ conditions.
A funding issue has been solved, they said, after the entry of Italy’s biggest bank Intesa Sanpaolo into the pool of investors.
The new bis, at the same price of 700 million euros, will be put to the Sparkle board Wednesday. (ANSA).
