(ANSA) – ROME, SEP 10 – Deputy Premier and Transport Minister Matteo Salvini said Wednesday that Europe must reflect very hard before talking of war after Poland said it shot down a number of Russian drones that violated its airspace overnight.
“I expect steady nerves from Brussels,” he said.
“Before we talk about wars or sending in soldiers, we need to count to 100, both with regards to Russia and the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
“My problem tomorrow is not defending ourselves from Russian or Israeli tanks, but the arrival of illegal immigrants, who come to Italy and then do all sorts of things”. (ANSA).
