Female knife attacker, 30, injures two passers-by in square used for Munich Oktoberfest beer festival – before being shot by police

A 30-year-old woman has been shot dead by police after attacking a 25-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man near Theresienwiese, Munich, where the famed Oktoberfest is held yearly.
