The film will reunite the original cast, including Christopher McDonald as the arrogant golfer ‘Shooter McGavin’ and Julie Bowen as ‘Virginia Venit’, Happy’s now-wife. While the film received mixed reviews from critics in 1996, it became a commercial success, earning a cult following and grossing USD 41.2 million at the box office.
