HC notice to NMC, med varsity over mercy attempt plea by MBBS student

Appearing for the petitioner, Senior Counsel Aditya Sanghi said that after taking admission at Bundelkhand Medical College in Sagar, the petitioner went into depression because of the college atmosphere and failed to concentrate on studies.
