IATA PaxInsight Survey Offering Strengthens in Trans-Atlantic Market with Inclusion of Virgin Atlantic

IATA has announced a strengthening of its IATA PaxInsight passenger satisfaction benchmarking program with the addition of Virgin Atlantic’s trans-Atlantic routes to the survey.
