(ANSA) – ROMA, 26 AGO – The Embassy of Italy in Ljubljana and the Italian Cultural Institute in Slovenia present an evening with the Orchestra of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. The orchestra will perform under the baton of Daniel Harding, the ensemble’s acclaimed music director.
The program of the concert, on Sept. 2, at 8 p.m., at the ‘Cankarjev dom’ in Ljubljana, includes the Overture from ‘La forza del destino’ by Giuseppe Verdi; ‘Folk Songs’ by Luciano Berio; and Symphony No. 2 in D major, Op. 73 by Johannes Brahms.
