In Qatar 10 Italian soldiers, ‘they are safe elsewhere’

(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 23 – There are currently ten Italian soldiers, from the Air Force, who are in Qatar and were operating in the American base of Al Udeid on the outskirts of Doha, where Iran began the retaliatory operation, but they are safely out of the way of the strikes, informed sources said Monday.
At the moment the group of soldiers, the sources said is “safe elsewhere”. (ANSA).
