Serling Rooks Hunter McKoy Worob & Averill LLP has formally relaunched as McKoy Worob Averill Scott & Koenig LLP. Joining longtime partner Jeffrey Koenig as a named partner is former Warner Music legal exec Margo Scott.
Also previously with Warner Music, Atticus George Carroll is likewise a partner at the revamped firm, which has boosted Anamaria Laguna-Dunn and Kate Glinert from senior counsel to partner.

Mayday frontman Monster is officially a Gibson ambassador, and the partnership is set to begin with the debut of two Epiphone artist-signature models on the 31st.

The National Independent Talent Organization (NITO) has elected a new board, adding Thomas Cussins (Ineffable Music Group’s founder), New Frontier Touring VP Alex Fang, Liz Pjesky (High Road Touring’s ticketing and marketing head), and Madison House artist manager Amanda Silecchio-Frederick.
Pipeline Media
Pipeline has confirmed three hires: Syncopate co-founder Jay Srivastav as head of data and product; former Seeker and Round Hill CFO Jennifer Scher in the same position; and Jason Munro, who most recently spent 11 years on BMG’s legal team, as general counsel and head of business affairs.
Apple Corps.
Tom Greene-led Apple Corps. has disclosed four hires and a pair of promotions. New to the company are Lux Paterson (chief strategy and marketing officer), Jonathan Joseph Sands (head of retail and experiences), Jemma Hill (CFO and COO), and Miranda Langford (marketing head).
On the promotions side, 33-year Apple Corps. vet Cathy Hawkes is now chief of staff, and general counsel Neil Mohring is set to “lead all business affairs” moving forward.

Unified Music Group has expanded into New Zealand, where Southeast Music founder Matt Harvey has joined (with his roster in tow) as senior artist manager.
