Malaysia’s FashionValet founders claim trial to breach of trust over US$1.8 million in state-linked funds

Vivy Sofinas Yusof and her husband are accused of making an RM8 million payment from FashionValet Sdn Bhd to another company owned by the couple, without approval from FashionValet’s board of directors.
