(ANSA) – REGGIO EMILIA, SEP 15 – A 41-year-old man died in hospital in Reggio Emilia on Monday after being tasered by police, sources said.
According to initial reports, the officers intervened with a stun gun after the deceased, a multiple convicted felon, went on a rampage in the hamlet of Massenzatico early on Monday.

Two men died after being tasered in Italy last month, deaths that followed another case in June.
In two of those cases autopsies said the deaths were not linked to the use of the taser. (ANSA).
