One of the notable filmmakers of Hindi cinema, Sudhir Mishra doesn’t need any introduction. The ace filmmaker is known for his critically acclaimed films like Yeh Woh Manzil To Nahin, Is Raat Ki Subah Nahin, Chameli and Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi. Sudhir was influenced by theatre from the initial stages of his career, but realised that he was better behind the camera.
His love for cinema landed him in Mumbai in 1980, where he started his career as an assistant director and scriptwriter in Kundan Shah’s cult film, Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron.
