The agreement was signed on the eve of India Energy Week, with Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri, Secretary of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas Pankaj Jain, ONGC Chairman and CEO Arun Kumar Singh, and bp’s Executive Vice President William Lin in attendance.
