(ANSA) – ROME, FEB 22 – Parma beat Bologna 2-0 on the 26th day of Serie A on Saturday. Bologna fought against a well-organized team as Parma, now headed by new coach Cristian Chivu, won the Emilia-Romagna regional derby thanks to goals scored by Ange-Yoan Bonny and Simon Sohm.
The 2-0 win allowed Parma to climb to 23 points in the Serie A standings, pulling clear of the drop zone for now.
Meanwhile another Serie A match on Saturday between Lazio and Venezia ended with a goalless draw.
The Biancazzurri were held at Venezia as Marco Baroni’s side scored their second consecutive draw after the 2-2 tie with Napoli last week. (ANSA).
