New York singer-songwriter Amelie Lucille got to showcase her incredible talent on her new single, “Polar”. Accompanied by gripping strings that are punctuated by gentle guitar plucks, Amelie delivered a song that is just as soothing as it is moving. At just 17, her calmness is almost perplexing.
“Polar” is best described as a stripped-down indie-folk piece. And, whether or not you’re into such folky singer-songwriter pieces, you’ll likely find this to be a really beautiful song worth listening to.
