(ANSA) – ROME, MAR 3 – A porn star on Monday morning gagged and chained himself in protest after the sex ed class he was set to teach at a high school in Gallarate near Varese was cancelled due to pressure from a local pro-life organization.
Max Felicitas, the porn actor, protested in front of the Ponti Institute in Gallarate, wearing a vest with the word freedom printed four times as he was cheered and applauded by some 200 students.
“We were discriminated against, Max is an artist, he had come to talk to the kids about important themes”, said his lawyer Lorenzo Puglisi.
Felicitas said officials at the Lombardy regional school office that cancelled the sex ed class should “quit their jobs”.
Local students were given “the terrible message that you can be discriminated against due to your job”, he noted.
“I would have spoken about sexually transmitted diseases, the importance of wearing a condom and bullying, the bullying I endured”, said Felicitas, explaining why he considered teaching in schools so important. (ANSA).
