There are some bags, and then there are some iconic bags which take a part of you, and Christian Dior’s bags are one of them. However, in 2007, Galliano created twelve limited edition global-themed versions of the iconic Dior saddle bag. Now, a writer found the rarest saddle bag from the India collection, and oh boy, it speaks royalty, and the design is just so pretty.

For those who don’t know, the Dior’s bag was manufactured in extremely limited numbers, with only 100 pieces of each. The designer Dior bag was an ode to the Indian culture as it featured a bright pink colour with dazzling gemstones, layers of gota patti and floral details. It also had pretty mirror work. Another highlight was a nath-style chain with a huge ‘D’ hanging in the middle of the saddle bag.
