Sabre Corporation, a prominent travel technology company, has announced that seasoned technology industry expert Eric L. Kelly will join its Board of Directors, with his appointment taking effect on January 1, 2025.

Kelly is a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in the technology sector, where he has consistently excelled in various senior executive positions. Currently, he holds the role of Chairman and CEO at Overland Tandberg, a group of technology companies specializing in global Hybrid Cloud software and infrastructure solutions. His expertise spans several critical areas, including cybersecurity, complex mergers and acquisitions, international corporate finance, government relations, and strategic business transformations.
On the Board of Directors, Kelly will contribute to both the technology and audit committees.
