Zarine Khan, a well-known 1960s model and the wife of Sanjay Khan, passed away at 81. Zarine was suffering from age-related issues, and after suffering a cardiac arrest, she passed away on November 7, 2025. Zarine Khan is survived by her husband, Sunjay Khan, and their four kids. Zayed Khan and Sussanne Khan were seen heartbroken as they bid farewell to their mom, as per Hindu rituals.
For the unversed, Zarine Khan was Parsi and married a Muslim man. The duo’s wedding had several ups and downs, but they always stayed together. As Zarine passed away, Saira Banu, took to her social media and recalled her close friend, while praising her for the way she held her marriage with a ‘flamboyant man’, Abbas (Sanjay Khan).

Sharing the photo, Saira bared her heart and said that she and Zarine were close friends who would spend several moments together. She also added that over the past few years, she and Zarine hadn’t met each other much, given their health. Saira further added that she was in awe of Zarine’s wisdom, her sense of art. She also added that they had the same sense of art, as they would often end up buying the same things.
