Engineering The Securities Appellate Tribunal on Wednesday rejected an appeal by Gensol Engineering Ltd to stay a SEBI interim order barring it and its promoters Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi over the issue of fund diversion and governance concerns.
